Add it to your cart page's Theme Builder template, beside Advanced Cart Products. The module is on by default under DiviMerc → Modules and needs no extension. Pick your template first, since switching templates later overwrites the settings it controls.

Does the Cart Update Without Reloading the Page?

Figures update in place on WordPress 6.5 or newer. Applying a coupon, removing one, or picking a shipping method refreshes the totals with a thin loading line under the header. Older WordPress versions reload the page after each change.
