Divi My Account Module

FAQs on My Account for Divi

Everything you need to know about the My Account module before you get started.

What Is the Divi My Account Module?

3
2
The Divi My Account module is a DiviMerc module that rebuilds the WooCommerce customer account area in Divi. It splits the area into eight screens you design separately, adds a customer dashboard with statistics and quick links, and lets you place the account menu and add custom tabs of your own.

How Is It Different From WooCommerce's Default My Account Page?

3
2
WooCommerce's default account page renders as one block, styled by your theme. The My Account module turns each screen into its own Divi module, so the Orders and Downloads tables each get their own design, and adds dashboard statistics, colored order badges, mobile order cards, flexible navigation, and custom tabs.

How Do I Customize the WooCommerce My Account Page in Divi?

3
2
Add the My Account module to the page set under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → My account page, then add the screens you want as child modules. The module is on by default under DiviMerc → Modules. Design while logged in, since signed-in customers are the ones who see the account area.

How Do I Add a Custom Tab to WooCommerce My Account?

3
2
Add the custom tab child module, give it a Menu Name, and fill it with your own title and content. Set a URL Slug, like rewards, to place it at /my-account/rewards/. Keep the slug once the tab is live, since it forms the tab's URL.

How Do I Remove Downloads From the My Account Menu?

3
2
Turn off Show in Menu on the Downloads screen to hide its menu item, or turn off Enable Downloads to remove the screen entirely. The same two settings work on every screen.

Can I Reorder, Rename, or Add Icons to the My Account Menu?

3
2
Each screen has its own Menu Name, Menu Icon, and Menu Position, where lower numbers appear first. Turn on Show Menu Icons on the parent to display the icons, which also power the collapsible icon rail.

Can I Customize the My Account Dashboard?

3
2
The Dashboard screen carries a greeting with the customer's name, up to six order statistics, quick-link cards, recent orders, and a next-step block. Each part turns on and off and has its own design settings.

What Do Logged-Out Visitors See on the My Account Page?

3
2
Logged-out visitors see a short message, "Please log in to view your account," which you can rewrite or hide. For login and registration forms, place DiviMerc's Login & Register module on the same page and set Signed-Out Visitors to Hide the module, so one URL serves both.

Can I Show a Screen to Certain Customers Only?

3
2
Use Divi's own display conditions under Advanced → Conditions on any child screen. Conditions cover user roles and more, so a wholesale-only tab or a members-only screen takes a few clicks.

Can I Change the Order Status Colors?

3
2
Set a background and text color for each status, from Processing to Refunded. The Dashboard and Orders screens each carry their own status colors, so match them for a consistent look.

When Does the Pay Button Appear on Orders?

3
2
The Pay button appears on orders waiting for payment, with a Pending payment or Failed status. The Cancel button appears whenever WooCommerce allows that order to be cancelled.

Where Does the View Order Screen Open From?

3
2
View Order opens from the View button on the Orders screen, since it needs a specific order to show. WooCommerce keeps it out of its own menu for the same reason.

Does the My Account Module Work on Mobile?

3
2
Choose a stacked, dropdown, or sideways-scrolling menu for phones, or for phones and tablets, and show orders as cards on small screens. Every Design setting can be set per device.

Why Does the Visual Builder Show Sample Orders?

3
2
Preview Content on the parent is set to Sample content, which shows invented orders and addresses so every screen has something to design. Switch it to My real account to preview your own account data.
